To confirm your booking, I will send you a contract by email or post, which you return to me signed together with 30% of the rental price. The balance and the tourist tax are payable on arrival. A €100 security deposit is paid and refunded at the end of your stay if the accommodation is left clean and tidy. You can leave the cleaning to us for €40.
