A 3-bedroom holiday home on the first floor of a 15th-century house, with a terrace, an enclosed courtyard and a riverside garden.
The accommodation, on the first floor of the house, comprises 3 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a shower room, a separate WC and hallways.
On the ground floor you will find the cellar, with the gas boiler, and the bike store.
The terrace is on the first floor and is reached through one of the bedrooms, which can also be used as a sitting room.
The courtyard is closed off by an electric gate. The garden, which extends beyond the courtyard, runs down to the river.

Bedroom 3
With 2 single beds (90x200) and a wardrobe; the French window opens onto the terrace. Two 140x200 duvets and blankets.
Shower room
The shower room has a large shower, a washbasin with mixer tap, a WC and the washing machine.
Separate WC
A separate WC and a second washbasin with mixer tap.
Linen
Flat sheets are provided in summer in case the duvets are too warm.
Terrace
Facing south-west, it has garden furniture (a table, 9 chairs and a parasol), 2 sun loungers and 2 deckchairs. An electric barbecue is also provided.
Parking
Your car can be parked in the courtyard, which is closed off by an electric gate.
A table tennis table, bikes and sledges (in winter) are available for you to use.
